Exclusive Wedding Invitations & Event hire shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property whatsoever sustained arising from any goods under hire. The hirer will be responsible for ensuring the custom chair covers and lycra covers and sashes are fitted correctly before the event. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from incorrect sizing from our supplier or customer, incorrect measurements, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the linen without our approval.

Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under these terms and conditions, for any special, indirect or consequential damage

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Full payment is due no later than 3 days before the Delivery Date. At this point, the owners
will accept minimal changes only to hire quantities required.

The owner reserves the right to request a security bond from the hirer at any point in time.

Once paid, the deposit is completely non-refundable. If you cancel your order this money
will not be returned and is non-refundable. However if you make a deposit of 50% and it exceeds $300, any amounts exceeding
$300 WILL be refunded to the hirer. This covers the costs that the owner has incurred in arranging the hire booking and any loss incurred from holding the items ordered from other potential clients. If your event date is changed to another day, and sufficient notice is provided (decided at the sole discretion of the owner) no fee will be incurred to change the hire date,
subject to item availability.

It is the Hirers responsibility to check ALL of the equipment upon receipt:
All equipment is thoroughly checked, counted, and cleaned prior to delivery or collection from our premises You MUST notify the owner of any discrepancy, breakage, missing, or dissatisfaction within 12 hours of receiving the equipment
It is our policy not to share any information about you, or any purchases you make with us, to any other company or 3rd parties.
